DTS LAW LLC is a traditional law firm which incorporates the Post-CoViD remote business model sought by many practitioners. This means that it blends the full-service features of its “brick and mortar” office with the efficiency and scope of those choosing remote work. Remote attorneys are situated and able to collaborate with our office attorneys through a shared technology platform. They can come to the office any day of the week for any amount of time, will not be assigned a permanent private office but may use one through the modern office concept of hoteling used by many Fortune 500 companies and their law firm counterparts. They will also have the option to reserve any of the Firm’s other facilities.

Remote attorneys have access to the Firm’s secure document management system, collaborate with members of their practice groups and may secure their own clients, share origination, and participate in marketing opportunities.

Remote attorneys are active members of the Firm and may have leadership positions such as group chair or equity partner.

Our compensation system incorporates the concept of origination. Remote attorneys joining the firm with a preexisting client book are the sole originator and biller for such clients. In such instances, Remote attorneys joining DTS stand to increase their income by as much as 100% from their present compensation.

The Firm also offers medical insurance.
